This 20-30 minute storytime includes songs and gentle movement activities. Lapsit is followed by a mini-playgroup so families who would like to stay and play are welcome too!
For teens in grades 6-12 Chameleon is the library's drop-in group for LGBTQIAP+ youth and allies in grades 6-12. With a focus on a different theme each month, come chat, connect, do fun projects, and play games in a safe, open, and welcoming space! No one is required to disclose any aspect of their identity
For kids ages 8-12. Learn how to sew a drawstring bag using a sewing machine! This program is limited to kids who have never attended a sewing program at the library before. This story hour is for children between the ages of 3-7. We will explore new concepts with books and songs. Parents and caregivers are welcome to join in! After storytime, a short craft or activity will be held in the same space.
Join us as we read some excellent books, sing songs, and learn gentle movement activities. This story time is 30 minutes long and geared toward children ages 2-3. After stories and songs, we invite you to join us for a mini-play group too.
