Image of Medford Library from Boyton St.

The City of Medford, Massachusetts is the home to the Charlotte and William Bloomberg Medford Public Library. The current building was opened in January 2022. It boasts 34,000 square feet of space. The front entrance brings you onto the first floor. You’ll be able to find our adult services collection, local history room, and reservable study rooms.

The Library does have free parking in the back of the building. The parking lot entrance brings you onto the second floor of the library.

Our youth services (children’s and teen) rooms, technology programming space, recording studio, MakerSpace, and lecture hall are situated on this floor.

We look forward to your next library visit!  For our opening hours, holiday closures, and more information on how to get here, we encourage you to explore more of our ‘About Us‘ pages.
