This 20-30 minute storytime includes songs and gentle movement activities. Lapsit is followed by a mini-playgroup so families who would like to stay and play are welcome too!

Every Saturday this Winter, the Medford Chess Club and Medford Public Library have teamed up. Come play chess in the cafe space from 1-3PM. Beginners welcome. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome, but aspiring chess masters under 12 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult or mature older sibling.
Explore stories, music, movement, and play in a sensory-friendly and adaptive setting. This storytime is for everyone, but is particularly designed for neurodiverse children: children who are autistic, have sensory processing challenges, ADHD, or have difficulty sitting through our other storytimes.
