To celebrate Free RPG Day and collaborative storytelling games, the Medford Public Library will be hosting “oneshot” role-playing game adventures run by volunteer “Game Masters” from the surrounding communities and offering Free RPG Day free adventure booklets and other materials while supplies last! These free materials are provided by friendly local game stores. GMs will be running adventures of their choosing in systems of their choosing, with detailed information and sign ups to be made available online. Come and celebrate collaborative storytelling and tabletop gaming by weaving a tale of adventure with your neighbors!
Space is limited. Register on the online calendar for individual games or come and watch!
Wakewyrm’s Fury – A Humblewood Adventure for D&D 5th Edition
GM: Peter Heyneman — I have been playing D&D since 2nd Edition but recently starting running games again once my own kids were old enough to play too.
Game: Designed for brand new or experienced players of any age, this swashbuckling but cozy nautical adventure for up to six players is set in a whimsical world of anthropomorphic animals. Choose from pregenerated characters like a hedgehog bard, an owl barbarian, a tiny mouse swordmaster or a dove cleric as you explore the mysterious Tideswell Cove. For fans of Redwall, Wind In The Willows, and Guardians of Ga’Hoole.
