Grown Up & Baby Yoga (0-24 months)

Join local yoga instructor Ali Singer for a grown up and baby yoga class! She’ll introduce you to some fun and gentle movements for you and your little one to try. The yoga portion of the morning will be followed by a mini-play group afterward.
Plan to bring a yoga mat, baby essentials (diapers, wipes, etc.), a baby carrier or blanket, water bottle, comfortable clothing, extra layers, any special items for the baby, snacks if needed, and any necessary medication. A positive attitude and openness to bonding with your baby are also encouraged.
Registration is required and will open on June 1. Your registration covers you and your baby (or babies). By registering for this yoga class, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself and your baby (or babies), and agree to release and discharge the Charlotte & William Bloomberg Medford Public Library, YogaHub LLC., and YogaHub instructors from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown.

About your teacher:
Founder and CEO of YogaHub and 500hr certified yoga instructor, Ali Singer has been teaching yoga in Boston for over a decade. Trained in India and by Boston’s longest-standing teachers, she started YogaHub in 2015 in order to bring people yoga where they live, work, and travel. In addition to running YogaHub, Ali is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and life coach. Her own practice enabled her to overcome challenges and keep a positive mindset, no matter what. She lives, works, and inspires others with her personal motto, “good vibes.” Ali lives in Medford with her husband Rudy and newborn, Maya.
