Meeting Room Reservation

All meeting spaces are available to the public on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs
or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use. Use of the the Library’s spaces does not constitute an endorsement of an organization’s beliefs or policies.

The most expedient way to reserve a room is to call 781-395-7950 or visit the Information Desk during our regular hours. Daily room reservation/study room reservations should call the day of or come in-person.  It make take several days for us to respond to this form, so please call if you are looking to book a room on short notice.

Rooms may be reserved on a quarterly basis for organizations to use as program/meeting space (see schedule below). Meetings must be free of charge. Organizations may reserve a room a maximum of once per month.

Users are welcome to use the equipment in each room. Laptops are not provided but a laptop dispenser is available in the Reference Department. Damage to equipment or rooms may result in suspension of room use privileges and fines/fees.

Wireless internet access is available throughout the library.

Cleanup is the responsibility of the organization/party booking the room. Failure to do so can result in fines and/or suspension of room use privileges.

The Library has a variety of meeting rooms:

Bonsignore Hall has a capacity of 100 with a sound system, chairs and tables, and a projector. A small kitchen off the hall is available for evening programs. The kitchen has 2 sinks, a stove top, a convection oven, and a refrigerators/freezer. Light, non-alcoholic refreshments are allowed in the space. 

Meeting Room 1 has cozy seating. It contains a couch, 2 arm chairs, a whiteboard, and a large screen monitor with an HDMI cable hookup. Beverages in closed containers are allowed in this space; food is not allowed.

Meeting Room 2 and 3 have a table and 4 chairs, a whiteboard and a large screen monitor with an HDMI cable hookup. Beverages in closed containers are allowed in this space; food is not allowed.

Meeting Room 4 has a table and 8 chairs, a whiteboard and a large screen monitor with an HDMI cable hookup. Beverages in closed containers are allowed in this space; food is not allowed.

Meeting Room 5 has 2 conference tables and 14 chairs, a whiteboard and a large screen monitor with an HDMI cable hookup. Beverages in closed containers are allowed in this space; food is not allowed.

The three (3) study rooms in the Youth Services room cannot be booked in advance and are available to children and teens (or adults attended by children and teens) on a first come/first served basis. Check in with the Youth Services staff for their availability.
