Medford Public Library offers limited notary services. Appointments are required. If you are need a document notarized, you can request an appointment with our Book a Librarian form.

To help make sure that your appointment goes well, we do need you to sign the document in front of us. You will need to bring proof of who you are (Massachusetts I.D. card, driver’s license, passport, other government-issued photo I.D.). You must be signing voluntarily.

We are unable to notarize real estate transactions. If you need that service, you will have to contact an attorney.

Our notary services are free of charge.
